Registering Your Child at Queen Victoria

Please contact us at (613) 968-4547 to arrange a convenient time to register your child. 

When you visit Queen Victoria school to register, please bring:

• A birth certificate or passport as legal proof of the child’s date of birth.
• Immunization card. You will be asked to fill out a health unit form which will be sent to Hastings & Prince Edward Counties Health Unit along with a photocopy of the immunization card.
• Precise information about your child’s address, including postal code.
• Names and phone numbers for Emergency Contacts.
• Legal custody orders (if applicable).
